President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. J. Scott Burton, J.D.

Mr. Burton is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Franchisor, including active involvement in market development, franchisee evaluation and training, site selection, construction management, and on-going franchisee support, and draws upon his extensive experience in developing the Fieldhouse System and operating the Indiana Fieldhouse. Mr. Burton developed the original Fieldhouse facility, the Indiana Fieldhouse, a six-court, basketball-only facility which serve as the primary blueprint for all FIELDHOUSE franchises. Together with our additional Founders and the late Bill Hensley, Mr. Burton developed the business model that is now the Fieldhouse System. Since 2003, Mr. Burton and Mr. Tamm have operated the Indiana Fieldhouse in Fishers, Indiana.

Prior to developing the Fieldhouse system, Mr. Burton was actively involved in commercial real estate investment and management as well as a practicing attorney. Upon graduation from the Emory College of Law, Mr. Burton practiced at the Nelson Mullins law firm in Atlanta, Georgia while specializing in product liability defense litigation. Mr. Burton returned to his native state of Indiana in 1998 and continued his practice at the law firm of Barnes & Thornburg before "retiring" from active practice to found The Indiana Fieldhouse.

President of Franchisee Support and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Todd Hensley

Mr. Hensley is responsible for Franchisee training and support as well as the design and development of web-based information technologies for both the Franchisor and its' Franchisees. Mr. Hensley has developed the Fieldhouse System while operating Gym Rats Basketball at Spiece Fieldhouse, an eight-court basketball facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Since 2003, Mr. Hensley has also been actively involved in developing team membership in USSSA Basketball and in connection with such is charged with developing an international network of league and tournament operators throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Through the efforts of Mr. Hensley and his father, the late Bill Hensley, USSSA Basketball has grown from an organization of 500 teams to a membership of more than 10,000 member teams in 2007.

During his experience with Gym Rats Basketball, Mr. Hensley has been actively involved in the marketing and advertising of events, programming and scheduling of events, development of basketball skill instructional programs, website development, systems design and application, and network administration. Mr. Hensley also founded the Gym Rats Basketball Academy. Mr. Hensley serves as the webmaster and technical advisor for USSSA Basketball. He designs, creates, and maintains USSSA Basketball websites for state and area tournament directors throughout the United States.

Prior to assisting in development of The Fieldhouse System, Mr. Hensley was a Division 1 scholarship basketball athlete at both Florida International University and the University of North Florida. Upon graduation from University of North Florida with a multimedia graphic design degree, Mr. Hensley founded a web design and consulting company Grafix Content LLC, which Mr. Hensley continues to own and operate.

Vice-President of Franchise Operations and Support
Mr. Mark Tamm

Mr. Tamm's responsibilities with the Franchisor include both sales and marketing to potential Franchisees and assisting in the training and league development programs for the Franchisees. Since 1995, Mr. Tamm has developed integral components to the Fieldhouse System, including but not limited to developing the largest girls' basketball league in the state of Indiana, the more than 350 team Hoosier Girls Basketball League. Mr. Tamm also founded The Fieldhouse Hoops Academy. Mr. Tamm is a partner and actively involved in the day-to-day management of The Indiana Fieldhouse in Fishers, Indiana.

Prior to his involvement with The Indiana Fieldhouse, Mr. Tamm's career was focused on sales. A graduate of the Walsh College of Business in Troy, Michigan, Mr. Tamm, has been actively involved in girls' basketball on both the local and national level, including a tenure on The Indiana AAU Girls State Committee and Tournament Committee for the AAU Girl's Basketball National Championship Tournaments held in Indianapolis in 1995 and 1998.
